Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes we do, at 145 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7NE open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Do you have a car park?
Yes we do and we are also outside the London Congestion Charge Zone as well
What are your delivery terms?
There is a minimum carriage charge of £8.50.
Carriage is chargeable on all deliveries.
Orders for next day delivery must be placed before noon.
All mainland UK deliveries are sent by carrier. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days but if this is a problem we will try to help.
Should no one be present to accept the delivery the relevant redelivery charge will be made irrespective of the value of the order.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we can ship all over the world, but our website is optimised for UK delivery only.

Can I reserve goods?
Sorry but due to the very seasonal nature of our products we do have to take payment for all orders
Can I collect my order from TCR?
As long as we have the items in stock at the showroom yes you can, just ask us
Can we hire props from you?
Sorry but we do not hire our props out
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No, but we do have a minimum order value of £15 GBP
What if I want to return my order?
If you wish to return an item you may do so as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and you notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. You can do this by logging on to "My Account", selecting the order and choosing the Return option next to the product(s) you wish to send back
Claims for damage or shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Claims for loss of a consignment must be made within 3 days of receiving our invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if previously agreed with DZD and must be returned within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Refunds will only be made on receipt of returned goods.
Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
DZD are not liable for return carriage costs on non faulty returns.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non faulty returns.
Returns of cut lengths of fabric will not be accepted unless faulty.
Are my personal details safe?
Absolutely and we will never disclose them to anyone else ever
Do you do other things than Christmas decorations?
Yes we do, we have a comprehensive range of props for every season
How many lights and decorations do I need for my tree?
This depends on how brightly lit and how heavily decorated you want your tree to be, but we have a guide for you available here
