Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find the tracking number of your order in your email confirmation.
What is your Dispatch cut-off time?
Same day dispatch cut off time is 4:00pm, any order placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders for timed next day and Saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm.
What day will my parcel be delivered?
At checkout, you will see an “Estimated delivery date”, this is a guideline, and not a guarantee, as there may be delays within the couriers network.
Some of my order hasn’t been delivered?
Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen, and in the vast majority of cases the chosen courier has partially delivered your order, and the other part of your order is still being processed at your nearest depot.
I haven’t recieved my order?
If you haven’t recieved your order, double check your estimated delivery date in the order confirmation email. If you’re past the estimated delivery date, we recommend you phone us and we can investigate with the courier.
